We Wanted an Upgrade, And We Got It! To Matt,   First of all, we really do not feel as though we dealt with your company but just you and your assistants. My husband and I felt that all our calls were addressed promptly (although I was the only one that probably called your office) and that both you and your assistant were very personable. We liked that a lot. It made us feel more at ease. At the same time, you remained professional and that was good too because we knew that business was taken care of.  You took care of business quickly and within two weeks, we had bought our new home and sold our old home. That's pretty quick dont you think? We also have a big screen TV with our new home because of you. Not everyone can say that. There is nothing to sugar coat because you simply did what you do well. You used your contacts to help us finance our home, and took care of everything we had to do, from inspectors to pest control. We didnt have to worry about a thing.   How I heard about you, specifically, was through a good friend, Alice. She raved about you and Mr. Olsen, of course, I dealt only with you. I was glad to have met you.
