This is the 2nd time we had the pleasure of working with Matt Horn and his team. The first time was 17 years ago when we bought the property for my mom. Matt represented both the buyer and seller at that time.

Just closed on a great house today! As I understand, there is a shortage of properties at the moment in our area and I have to say, the only reason our offer got accepted is because of Matt and Marlo's hard work and persistence. They know everyone in the area and have connections to get you results. Most people I've talked to have a hard time getting their offer accepted and have been looking for months, our whole process from start to finish took about 2 months! And we even closed early. Very satisfied and highly recommended. Thank you!
